Digital Planners

A Digital Planner is a digital version of the traditional paper planners. They are hyperlinked or interactive PDFs that can be written on using a Note-taking App, a device such as an IPad or a Tablet and a stylus.

The main purpose all planners is to help you manage your information and so help you stay on track and organized. For example a traditional planner would help you keep track and organize your appointments, tasks, goals, contacts etc.
With Digital Planners you can do so much more because customized layouts help you organize so much more than appointments, tasks, goals etc.

Because they are hyperlinked and interactive it is easier to go to the page you need without having to flip through the planner to find it. Digital Planners also have a search option so that you can type in what you are looking for and go straight to it. Saves on time and hassle.

Traditional Planners are usually embellished with images, color markers, stickers and Washi tape etc. These can also be used in Digital Planners, better yet they can be reused an infinite number of times without having to restock. Your sticker book, marker pens, Washi tapes will never run out!

In a nutshell, Digital Planners are just like the traditional planners but so much better! There are so many more things you can do with it.

All Digital Planners have hyperlinks that will take you to the linked item on the screen. Digital Planners have an intuitive feel in that they anticipate where you might need to go from that screen and provide a hyperlink that you can tap to go there.

Digital planners can be duplicated or copied an infinite number of times. That is unless they are Dated Digital Planners. You have the option of purchasing undated planners where you can enter the dates yourself. The undated planners last a lifetime!

Choose your device

Chances are you already have a device that you can use. It could be your phone, your tablet or even your laptop! No need to purchase a device just for Digital Planning, at least until you determine that it is something you enjoy.

Download an App

You will need an annotation or note-taking app that allows for writing, typing and drawing on PDF files. There is an app for every device. We recommend Goodnotes for IOS and Xodo for android and windows.

Choose a Digital Planner

Not all planners are created equal. Shop around for a planner that appeals to you and fulfills your organizing needs.
We should mention though that Beading specific planners are only available at Beading Treasures as they are a product that we have created.

Digital Planning not for you?

Printed Version of Beading Planner

Traditional beading planner

We have a traditional version of a Beading Planner, designed so that the pages are in portrait layout that you can physically print and put into a binder or a folder if you wish.

Using it as a planner is still possible but less enjoyable as there is only a Table of Contents outlining the contents of the planner and no links to take you where you need to go.
