1. Our refund policy lasts 14 workdays after the receipt of the artwork. After this time, unfortunately, we are not able to offer you a refund or exchange of the non-digital artwork

2. Digital Pattern files sold as downloads are not refundable due to the nature of the product. However if there is something wrong with the file itself, we can work to solve this issue.

3.To be eligible for a return, the purchased product must be returned in the same condition as you have received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

4. If the returned artwork or product is damaged, you will not be eligible for a refund unless it was damaged during the delivery on the way to the buyer. In such a case require photos of the damaged artwork or products for our records.

5. If the artwork or product is damaged during the shipping, you will be eligible for a refund of the artwork.

6. Non-returnable items include gift cards and any digitally downloadable products.

7. Proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

8. Once your returned artwork or product is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

9. If the refund is approved, it will be processed and payment returned in a mutually agreeable manner, within an agreed-upon number of days.

10. Custom orders and Digital products cannot be refunded.
