We are only able to modify or cancel orders as long as the request is submitted within 3 days of placing the order.
If you need to change or add to your order, please place a separate order for any item not in your original order.
Returns are not available for all items, such as digital downloads.
Due to the nature of the product, digital downloads such as patterns and digital planners are non-returnable or refundable.

Once the returned item has been received by us, a credit for the product price and tax or processing fees will be issued to your account in approximately 2 to 3 weeks.
You can change your shipping address under the Addresses menu option in your account.

There is an EDIT option under the Billing address as well as under the Shipping Address

Yes, once an order is placed and payment is received, you will also receive an invoice by email.
Even if your order did not process, you may still see an authorization on your account.
An authorization is a pending charge or hold on a payment account and is not a true charge.
The authorization on your credit card or PayPal account allows Beading Treasures to make sure the account is valid and has the necessary funds available to process your order.
The release of an authorization may also appear as a refund on a credit card statement, or the authorization may be deleted from the account entirely. The void may take 7 business days (or longer, depending on your bank) to appear.
It depends on whether you have ordered a physical or digital product. We will let you know what to expect every step of the way.
Digital Downloads will be made available once payment is cleared.
Here is what will happen:
- You will be granted download permission
- You will see download links on the order received page
- You will see download links in the email notification
- You will see download button under the in the Downloads section on the ‘My Account’ page if logged in

Shipping
All shipping is free for orders of $100.00 CAD and over before tax.
Orders will be shipped by Expedited Post (with tracking).
For all orders under $100.00 CAD., a flat fee of $15.00 will charged and the orders will be sent by Regular Post (no tracking).
NOTE: PDF patterns and digital planners are not considered a shippable item they are digital downloads.
Shipping is available to the USA. For orders less than $100.00 CAD, a flat fee of $15.00 CAD. will be charged and the orders will be sent by Regular Post (no tracking).
For orders $50.00 CAD. to less than $100.00 CAD., a flat fee of $10.00 CAD will be charged and the orders will be sent by Regular Post (no tracking).
For orders $100.00 CAD. and over, postage is free and orders will be sent Expedited Post (with tracking).

Yes, international shipping is available.Â
It depends on where the order is being shipped to and the kind of shipment chosen.
Returns
Returns of non commissioned and non digital products will be accepted with authorization.
Please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of you receiving the parcel. No returns accepted after 7 days.
Customer must pay for shipping the returned items.
No opened packages or damaged items will be accepted.
No kits or patterns will be accepted for return.
